The Work Experience Training program (WE TRAINING) helps individuals
learn the universal skills needed to successfully maintain sustainable
employment in the community. The training program is facilitated within
our Goodwill Retail stores (located in Coryell, McLennan, Bell, and Brazos
counties), but can also be done offsite at an Employer location. The goal
of the WE TRAINING experience is to help program participants develop
or reestablish skills, attitudes, personal characteristics, interpersonal skills, work behaviors, and functional capacities while gaining empowerment, information, and experiences that will lead them to get and keep a job. By providing an environment where they can encounter new or helpful experiences and learn from others, WE TRAINING can make an impact on their future successes!
