This is the first of four FREE successive classes making up Baylor Scott & White Health’s premiere Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES) program for our Central Texas area, through which people with prediabetes or diabetes gain all the knowledge, skills, and practice needed to modify their behavior and successfully self-manage the disease and its related conditions over their lifetime.
