Geoff Brannon

Geoffrey A. Brannon, Transportation Manager at Heart of Texas Goodwill in Waco, grew up in Atlanta, GA and graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a B.S. in Aeronautics. He is currently working towards a Masters in Management with a focus in Human Resources.

He began his career in the U.S. Army in 1994 where he served as a Chinook helicopter mechanic and eventually as a Blackhawk helicopter pilot. During his 14 years in service, he was fortunate to travel to many parts of the world, including a combat tour in Iraq, and being tasked on Presidential flight missions for George Bush alongside the Secret Service here in Crawford, TX.

After a rewarding military career, he settled in Waco, TX. Joining the Goodwill team in 2010, Geoff took on the role of Transportation Manager and later the additional duty of directing the Internet Sales Department. He found the transition from military life to civilian life to be relatively seamless in that Goodwill and the military share a common goal of serving the communities of America.
